Who handles your data

What data we collect

Only what you send us through the booking form or on WhatsApp: name, email, mobile number, number of passengers, flight number, pick-up point, destination, date and time.

What we use it for

• To reply to your request and arrange your transfer.
• To contact you about that trip (for example, if your flight is delayed).

The legal basis is the performance of the service you ask us for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don't send advertising and we don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

The form is sent through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which delivers your request to our email. We don't share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our legal obligations (for example, invoicing).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by contacting us on the phone number above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
